Gift Horse is operated by Equinited Ltd a company registered in England and Wales. Any reference to 'Gift Horse', 'we' or 'our' as an entity shall be synonymous with Equinited Ltd.

Order Fulfilment

Please see our delivery and returns page for our current policies relating to the dispatch and return of goods. We currently use Royal Mail to ship orders to our customers and so we are reliant on their service levels for each class of shipment.

Photography and depiction of products

The images on the site attempt to accurately portray the goods dispatched. Should any photographed items in our 'Gift Boxes' become unavailable from our suppliers, we retain the right to substitute the item for an equivalent product type and brand. Items listed under 'Individual Gifts' are not substituted but are instead marked as 'Out of Stock' and are unavailable for purchase.

Provision of Service

By accessing any part of the website, you agree to become bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all these Terms and Conditions, then you may not access the website or purchase any Gift Horse product or service.

These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the website including all content, services and products available at or through the website. Gift Horse may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Upon any such change, Gift Horse will post the amended Terms and Conditions on the website and thereby notify the Visitors that they have been changed. The amended Terms and Conditions shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the website and any use of the website after such date shall be subject to the amended Terms and Conditions. The Visitors continued use of the website after the posting of the amended Terms and Conditions on the website constitutes their acknowledgement of and agreement to these Terms and Conditions as so amended. It is your responsibility to check the website Terms and Conditions page periodically for changes.

Limitation of Liability.

In no event will Gift Horse, or its suppliers, be liable with respect to any subject matter of these Terms of Service under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement or substitute products or services; or (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data. Equinited shall not be liable for failure or delay resulting from a condition beyond the reasonable control of Gift Horse, including but not limited to acts of God, government, terrorism, natural disaster, labour conditions and power failures.

Service Availability

The Gift Horse store is hosted by Shopify Inc who provide us with the platform to sell products and services. We are therefore reliant on them for website availability.
